When reporting an issue with specific data or an API endpoint, include the URL you’re using, along with your API key and secret. Please also provide the email address linked to your account, especially if you’re contacting us from a different address. For issues with a specific data point, include the relevant entity ID. This information will help us investigate your issue more quickly.
